Ms. Crandall represents clients in patent, trademark, and copyright infringement litigation throughout the United States. Ms. Crandall is admitted to the practice of law in the State of North Carolina and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina. In 2004, Ms. Crandall received her J.D. cum laude from the University of North Carolina School of law where she was the publication editor of the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology. The Journal published her recent development, "Do Computer Purchasers Need Lemon Aid?," 4 N.C. J.L. & Tech. 307 (2003), which was cited as one of "the most important and timely articles on computers, technology, and the law." "Thirty-Sixth Selected Bibliography on Computers, Technology and the Law," 30 Rutgers Computer & Tech. L.J. 431, 431, 453 (2004). Her paper entitled "Considering Apportionment: Proving Profits in Copyright Infringement Cases" received first prize in the 2004 Nathan Burkan Memorial Competition at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. Ms. Crandall graduated cum laude with her Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Converse College in 2001.
